Low XP
At least one of the pets for this strategy require the use of a specific breed.
Not every strategy can be bullet proof. This is one of them. You might have to restart it, since there are some random elements that increase the risk of your pets failing. Don't blame them, please!
This strategy is using pets obtainable from the Wow Trading Card Game (TCG) or the auction house for potentially high sums of gold.
This strategy is using pets obtainable only from the WoW In-Game Shop for Battle.net Balance or real money.
You can use this strategy to carry a low level pet to give it experience.
Some instructions are more difficult to follow than others. That's exactly what you might find in this strategy!
The strategy offers a Script that can be used with the Pet Battle Script addon. You can copy the script by clicking on the button to the left of the pets.
At least one pet in the strategy cannot be obtained anymore. If you have it, congrats!
A Strategy Curator found this strategy to be especially helpful and higlighted it with this tag to give it more exposure.

Updated the strategy with the Any Undead 25 in slot 1 so you won't have to worry about the health of pet 2 & 3 for the proper swap. Also added a note about when Clubber will use Stunning Peck again so people can plan a swap, or bring in the Any Undead (my Blightbreath died the round before Stunning Peck came off CD).

I used Scourged Whelping (HH), Bightbreath (HP) and Infested Bear Cub (HP). This is breed specific as pet 3 needs more HP than Blightbreath and less than Scourged Whelpling. Whelping eats the stun and is there for RNG backup. When Blightbreath comes in, if you open with Acid Rain and keeping it up while spamming Dreadful Breath and he nearly solos this fight. Infested Bear Cub quickly mops up what is left of Squirt with Maul. (edited)

If the whole point of this strat is to spam "Dreadful Breath," why wouldn't you pop "Acid Rain" on the first round? i mean, simply sailing through the fight on bare minimum would take longer, right? This attack specifically mentions in its tooltip that it does more damage under "Cleansing Rain," & "Acid Rain devolves into "Cleansing Rain" after 1 or 2 rounds. (edited)

Is there an undead pet that can do Cleansing Rain? I don't see one.

Wrote a script, hope it works for you.

ability(Dreadful Breath:668)

Going to complicate the script by adding another line:

change(next) [self.dead]
ability(Dreadful Breath:668)

But thank you for the original framework!

Easy fight. I used Fossilized Hatchling (1 1 2), Spectral Spinner (1 2 2) and Returned Hatchling (1 2 2)

Put the random Undead pet in the first slot so that it will get swapped out for your Blightbreath or Scourged Whelpling. Otherwise fine.

A small tip, your 3rd pet should have more health then Scourged Whelpling, otherwise it will get swapped on first turn (either >1481 with PS Whelping or > 1806 with HH Whelpling).

Strat works great :)

Thanks for this comment! I used two scourged whelps and the blightbreath. As long as they all have dreadful breath, does it matter?

Kathleene

wrote on 2019-02-26 00:36:38

Troelsy#1560, it shouldn't matter in that case.

Ryazan

Alternatively, put your random pet in slot one to eat the stun so their health won’t matter.

Tie33 wrote on 2019-01-18 15:39:51

I used Scourage Whelpling, x, x, 2 , Ghostly Skull, 1,1,2, Scraps, 1, 1, 2.
Put Whelpling in slot one, then skull then scraps
With Whelpling first move, pass. It will be changed out to scraps.
Switch to Skull, use shadow slash until Clubber is under 600 hp then use ghostly bite. This should kill Clubber.
Squirt comes in. Pass, shadow slash x 2, then unholy ascension
Bring back whelpling, dreadful breath until you die
With scraps use claw until squirt dies.
Use superbark. IF Squeezer uses bubble, you use consume corpse to refill your life.
First 2 claws take down bubble, third one should kill him.

I tried this strat twice and the second time I got a critical hit and this strat still worked. Good luck.

Didn't have Blightbreath leveled, so this was a great strat - Worked perfectly thanks!

Works great - any cleave comp will work though. Weebomination, Boneshard, etc.

Ahdra

My Whelpling got stunned for 5 rounds (after Blightbreath was already dead). So I had Macabre Marionette as pet 3 to fill in while the stun wore off.
