  • Has the required stats (if specified)
  • Ignores specific breed requirements for the main pet, as breeds can be very different for substitutes

Tried to make a strategy that minimized randomness and didn't have pets that were difficult to obtain. The first slot can be replaced with Carpal if you have that, as long as you have Roar of the Dead, Return to Rest, and a basic damage ability. The Fragment of Desire can be any of the 3 Fragment pets that drop from the Reliquary boss in Black Temple since they all learn the 2 necessary abilities and have less health than Grip of Terror.

The only real hiccups in this fight are based on the randomness of the first 2 pets' abilities, specifically Mudslide and Whirlpool. During testing, these moves were sometimes used at the worst times, and sometimes never used at all the entire fight. However, other than a few key points involving Roar of the Dead usage, the strategy is a lot of spamming your attacking moves no matter which attacks your opponents do and coming out on top anyways.

At least one of the pets for this strategy require the use of a specific breed.
RNG
Not every strategy can be bullet proof. This is one of them. You might have to restart it, since there are some random elements that increase the risk of your pets failing. Don't blame them, please!
This strategy is using pets obtainable from the Wow Trading Card Game (TCG) or the auction house for potentially high sums of gold.
This strategy is using pets obtainable only from the WoW In-Game Shop for Battle.net Balance or real money.
You can use this strategy to carry a low level pet to give it experience.
Some instructions are more difficult to follow than others. That's exactly what you might find in this strategy!
The strategy offers a Script that can be used with the Pet Battle Script addon. You can copy the script by clicking on the button to the left of the pets.
At least one pet in the strategy cannot be obtained anymore. If you have it, congrats!

Strategy worked amazingly for me, thank you so much! My script:

use(Toxic Smoke:640)
use(Roar of the Dead:2071) [self.aura(Undead:242).exists]
use(Bone Prison:650) [enemy(Murrey:3558).active]
use(Soulrush:752)
use(Roar of the Dead:2071)
use(Return to Rest:2405)
use(#1)

Thanks for this strategy! It was close-my Grip of Terror had 1 health left lol. I was missing 1-2 pets from the other strats so this was super helpful :)

This strat does not work if you have a B/B Blightbreath. He has fewer hit points than the fragments do and will always get swapped in.

Thanks a lot for catching that! For some reason I thought Blightbreath only had 1 possible breed, but this makes the pets a bit more annoying to put together now. I've edited the pet requirements and information accordingly, and hopefully those with the higher HP breeds will still find this strat useful!

EDIT: In retrospect, Grip of Terror is probably both easier to obtain and doesn't have a breed requirement, so I swapped Blightbreath out. The final pet is just spamming Mechanical attacks anyways, so the strategy itself is basically the same (edited)
